In the last 12 years, Jochen Moesslein has successfully founded, financed and managed – as entrepreneur and/or investor - several technology companies. In terms of exits there were – among others one IPO (BioTissue AG) and one larger trade sale (Camlog AG). Jochen Moesslein studied and researched economics & business administration and physics at the universities of Kiel, Konstanz and Stanford (California, USA).

Dr. Thomas Baque gained his experience in over 20 years of developing plastics, preparations and additives. From 1990 to 2009 he managed the Application Research Department at FRISETTA Polymer, a daughter company of the international NILIT Group. Within this period he developed new additives and compounds of which many were internationally patented. Dr. Thomas Baque studied chemistry at the universities of Hannover and Delaware (USA).
